We'll teach you the basic poses that form the foundation for your yoga practice. Standing and seated poses that are fun to do and key to your progress.
Your teacher will control the tempo and pace to keep you in the comfort zone. Yet, you will get the satisfaction of working hard, and will feel great afterwards.
You are not expected to be fit! Students of all ages and fitness levels will be comfortable, and made feel welcome. Yoga will help you get fitter, and pretty soon you'll feel fantastic.
Expect a warm welcome. Engage with the teacher and other students before or after class. Attend with a pal. Feel at home.
