Yasmin Mello is a choreographer, director, performer, dance teacher and Pilates instructor. She started her dance training at a young age and after years of training attended Angel Vianna College in Brazil, were she got her Ba in Dance. Anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and somatic practices through dance and Pilates have continually been a part of her teaching career and practice. She is also a BodyTalk Fundamentals certificate and a Xtend Barre certificate.
Currently she is doing a MPhil in Theatre and Performance at Trinity College Dublin.
Class each Tuesday: 7.30 to 8.30pm
Venue: St. Louis High School, Charleville Road, Rathmines.

This costs €10 and will you the best sense of what we offer at Yoga Rathmines.
You can book a trial class by email or phone. No further booking is required after your first visit so come and go as you please.
