Meet the teacher

Paula Barry is a Certified Pilates Instructor (Advanced Mat-Progressive Pilates Academy) and Personal Trainer (NCEHS-NTC). She has been working at the Posture Centre for 3 years and teaches at various venues throughout the city.

Paula believes balance in life promotes quality of life and incorporates this philosophy in her classes. she is an avid road cyclist and has participate in many charity cycles throughout Ireland.She attends spin classes regularly and has participated in many spinathons and spin marathon. By attending workshops and seminars, she maintains a fresh approach to health and fitness.

Schedule

Pilates class each Tuesday at 6.30pm
Option of 7.30pm class too.
